I am a 28 year old female who began to experience the same thing at the age of 17 in high school. My social life has been brought to a screeching halt. I have had one failed attempt after another at trying to get rid of this odor. What I have noticed is that diet and exercise do help a great deal. try to eliminate caffeine,citrus,red sauces,red meat,wheat products,and dairy. I have also noticed that soy products give me alot of gas so I try to avoid them as well. excercising is a great stress reliever and also helps get your digestion going. If working out at a gym is impossible because of the social aspect try to workout at home with equipment or dvds or video cassettes I know it is hard to deal with but try to stay positive.
