SOME REAL NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok today i went to the doctor and took a new aproach. This doctor has never met me before i apraoch him with the problem of constaption, i then went on to tell him about the the theory of the spincter muscle being weak. He took a look out the outer spincter and told me he couldnt see anything but that it look normal. But he told me that there are 2 spincters one internal and one external. He told me that laxitives, bowel cleanser, and such can actually weaken the spincter muscle. So it isnt such a good idea to be doing all these bowel cleansers and laxatives. Also dairy could also make for abnormal bowel movements.

So i said to him "then what do i do if the muscle is weak and how can i tell?" He told me first off he would give me some meds that i will take for a weak that will make digestion and bowel function properly "AND IT IS NOT A LAXTIVE". Then he told me to eat high fiber meals, and avoid corns peanuts, things of that nature. He said eat lots of veggies like Celery and things that have sold fiber, that will inturn produce harder and firmer stools.
After i try this for a weak he will send me to a specialist for further testing and the internal spincter will be tested for strength. He also told me that if at anytime stool was actually leaking out, and you soil yourself then that is the type of situation where surgery is the only solution.

Ok so now i have the doctor on my side, im taking the aproach of a bowel problem which i do have, and totally not telling him about the oder problem. Im trying to determine on my own if the spincter muscle plays a role in the constaption, because if it does that could also be the cause of the oder.

Ok im off to try this out, any thoughts on this post plz let me know, thanks..
