I have never tried a cleanse,nor I will unless a medical doctor says so.In this particular thread I haven't seen anyone recommend a specific type of cleansing,however I dont know if cleanses are recommended on other sections of the CureZone Forums .I don't care if anybody in here promotes a specific kind of bowel cleanses,but thanks I wont "buy".However thanks for correcting me in the fact that there are some Bowel Cleanses which do not destroy intestinal flora.
I have previously said that my knowledge is superficial on bowel cleanses,because what I know is mainly out of forums and websites where people describe their experiences and aren't always so pleasant.I never said that I know something for a fact as you quote or that I am 100% sure for something.
