You are welcome for any help I can offer and I hope my experiences help you in some way.

Dr Sandra Cabots LIvertone and Livertone Plus are excellent liver supplements. I have used them myself in the past although at certain times the Milk Thistle (herb) didnt always suit me so I swopped to Liver Support by Nutri Ltd (which I mentioned I took in my original post). This doesnt contain Milk Thistle only a very very small amount but it still contains all the nutrients required by the liver to help with phase 1 and particularly phase 2 detoxification. Phase 2 liver enzymes are particularly stressed and overloaded with candida overgrowth. If you read Dr Sandra Cabots book she explains alot about phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification should you care to read. Improving phase 2 was crucial to my recovery. I firmly believe that the liver is the key to regaining health - liver also regulates adrenal function so improving liver health can also have a positive effect on the adrenals. It is possible fruit is feeding your candida problem and making things a little worse for you. It is still possible to get all the nutrients you get from fruit from veggies and salads instead. Just make sure you eat lots of them (home-made soups are good if you can manage). Yes do try the hot water, it really does help pick up toxins and flush them out ! Good Luck Tweet
