Btw, want to reiterate something just in case. The juice fasting worked super fast for me, so obviously I'd recommend juice fasting, but even though I didn't fast doing the homemade green smoothies, it should still work and don't see any reason it wouldn't work just as quickly, considering. If for some reason the green smoothie doesn't seem to work, but your blood Sugar doesn't test too low doing it, don't get discourage for you'll still have the option of juice fasting.
Also, you don't need to solely fast with juice or smoothies. If you have Toxic Hunger, you should be able to heal from it by just temporarily eating a low-fat mostly leafy green vegetarian diet alone, but you could also combine that with either the green smoothies or veggie juicing.
