Candida Can Feed on Anything.

In my opinion. It's a matter of what foods rot in your system or not. This could be from the most obvious carbohydrates, complex carbohydrates, fat, protein, and even vegetables. Whatever your own body does not digest properly and use for fuel/nutrition, and what you're [sometimes unknowingly] allergic to. Candida is a part of everyone's system and its job is to CLEAN UP. Candida is there for a reason, in my opinion Candida is not the enemy. Improving your digestion and avoiding allergenic foods would be your best bet. Practice correct food combinations. Cleanse along the way, especially if you have heavy metal toxicity. Take probiotics. Don't stick to any crazy strict diets - it will only make you weaker - listen to your body.

I hope this can shed some light for someone.
