I've cut out all oils and even nut butters, since they are both processed and not found that way in nature.
If I eat nuts or seeds, it's only a couple ounces now and I either eat them between meals or with greens and legumes, not with grains or other high starches.
I had yellowing of the skin too, but that actually started to fade a while ago. Maybe some supplements were working after all!
