Thank you for being thorough with me. I'm sorry to hear about your past health, but I'm so glad to hear that it's improving. Though slow and steady, it wins the race.

May I ask what kind of potatoes you eat? Anthony above us eats white potatoes and said it has been key for him. He now has a similar diet to you, except he doesn't eat any grains, therefore no brown rice. I'm planning on eating brown rice. And what do you mean by "lots of boiled water"? Do you drink warm water only?
