Sounds like a negative person that didnt see my chicken breast, orange, potatoes, mediterranean salad or anything that im currently eating. Im saying what got me fixed. So I can now mix all of these foods from improved digestion. Dont assume that I am as strict as what I am preaching for the acute cases where I used to be.
