Re: Need Help With Liver ASAP Please.

Kayla
Usual stool tests RARELY helped me diagnosting something.
Almost 3 years of them brought nothing - I»m in Eastern Europe.
This year I»ve changed the approach (tried more than conventional medicine tests) and the below tests helped me figured out some of my problems:
- SIBO Test in London (small intestin bacterial overgrowth) => confirmed SIBO but is quit general is just tell you have this but not specifically what is it; for me was a good start thou
- GI Profile in Germany similar with GEnova or Metametrix or else (good flora/bad flora, parasites, pancreatic enzymes...) => very low good flora, enteroccocus found
- Stool sample in a Gastro hospital in my country (after enema !!! from the enema I took like 5-6 sample from different parts especially mucus) => here they found giardia, candida with some sort of powerfull microscope; giardia was confirmed also by a blood antigen test after
- Blood antigens for several more frequent bacteria (Hpilory, yersinia, campilobacter...) => Hpilory and yersinia positive (some of them could be also identified in Genova or Metametrix I guess -

If you can afford do try some different tests - maybe you medical assurance can cover them.
For me everything was done on my private money - the „free medical services" were useless.
I»ve seen several doctors - some of them helped me with nothing and some with a part of diagnostic.

I have the same problem with carbs - do try to search about bacteria/protozoa eating carbs. It»s very serious: H.pilory, giardia, klebsiella, candida, enteroccocus and who knows what else are eating carbs.
If you have tried probiotics you might experinced worsten the symptoms if you have a bacterial overgrowth. only thing ok for me was acidophilus but just some brands and not diary made.

I also have AF - till now no treatment followed. one idea is long term infections can exhaust them. I did not know about potassium milk thistle really. thanks for the info.
although in my opinion 150 mg/day is quit low.

You have to figure out yourself based on the info you received from others. try test better. It seems you have already figure out with the best diet for you.

I»m very curious if you can tolerate B vitamins (especially oral B12) and Fe+ as bacteria need them to grow. I have also problems with Ca, Mg for example because of bacteria also. Please also be carefull about ingridients in the pills no matter they are „natural supplements".
