Very interesting lecture. He is very well spoken during his lecture. I've tried Candida helper on and off from wellness resources and it made me good for a day or two and then made me feel like hell. Isolated Capylic acid can cause some toxicity(kidney) for some. Interesting on his research with polyunsaturated fat helping candida reproduce more than sugar. also, interesting info on farnesol and monolaurin. Did not know farnesol helps to break up the chains of candida. He stated that monolaurin can help lower the force field of candida. Might have to experiment with that some more.
