Hey. Does this include the "daily liver flush" which consists in lemon juice, spring water and olive oil? My skin its pretty yellow lately and overall I have the symptoms of the OP. Still, im hesitant to try the Anthony diet. I think daily coffee enemas, carrot juice and gentle Liver Flushing will do it for me! But I wonder if I have to remove oils and butter for good.

I have added quinoa to my diet, Anthony! Im not stupid as you might thought. I know I need carbs, im just looking for the best. It seems some of it comes out undigested...
