my point is that anthony and the 80/10/10 crew is using diet to treat some other fundamental problem. nothing wrong with that except when the zealots start being abusive to other people.

if everyone in the world who was eating fat and protein were sickly then he would have a point. but there are countless people eating meats/fat/grains/dairy who are extremely healthy (both mentally and physically who do not abuse people in Support Forums )

logically it follows that the underlying diet is not the cause of the illness rather some other factor whatever that may be.

additionally the 80 10 10 crew does not know what future problems/imbalances they are setting themselves up for. a lot of them seem to go manic after a while probably from some sort of nutritional imbalance.

if the low fat low protein diet is the cure, then after a period of time people should actually HEAL and be able to go back and eat cheeseburgers, but this doesn't happen -- which is why i am calling BS.
