Thanks for the point on fat. I do have 1 tsp olive oil with a ton of lemon on a huge salad, roasted chicken breast a couple times a week. Boiled mussels. Ill have a small steak on a holiday in 2 weeks and then again a month later...The plan I advocate is to cleanse for a couple months and then learn to see what you can handle. Im not strict on it now but compared to everyone I know, it is extremely low fat and low sugar..I do spinning 4x week and lift weights. I drink water and do NOT snack on fruit.

At first I couldnt mix chicken with potatoes. Everything was rotting because of the high fat diet bogging down digestion. For example, yesterday at a mall in the city I had a roasted chicken breast with onions, their grilled veggies...and I brought my own boiled potatoes. Because gluten and grains bother me. Thats my one lingering issue. I feel better without grains, and like alkalizing foods. Months ago this mall food court meal would make me have to sleep and id feel horrible.

At meals i keep squash, potatoes, broccoli, zuchini, and huge romaine cucumber onion salads (fiber) around to keep my chicken and fish intake to be 1 fourth of anyone at the table. High carb will be my plan for a long time. It follows the food pyramid.

When I see food stands selling baggies of almonds and raisins, I see a snack I wont have for years. The rest sell cookies and crackers. So I have my water bottle and just just wait til the next basically potato and veggie focused meal with a small protein.
