Can't wait to hear your results from juice fasting! (I guess I should say blend fasting if you're going to do the green smoothies!)
Be sure to only mix greens with the fruit to insure best digestion. Mixing root and other veggies (carrots, beets, celery, cucumber, etc) with fruit may cause fermentation in your gut.
