Sounds like my history and so many contacts from people on here! For me it was a buildup of fats in the liver from lots of meat, sugars, egg yolks, dairy 2 years ago now...made extreme from a low carb high meat candida diets which I thought would help me.
I think the fat deposits disrupt the bile production in the liver so your food can't turn into dark stools. instead its undigested mush. and then youre hungry because of this and packing in all kinds of fructose and fat by chance? Maybe to the point of having the diet of a fat person but being thin and losing weight.
What worked for me was to go on a very high potato, squash, legume, and salad plan..tons of veggie soups. minimal fruits. no fats from nuts or meat. And cardio!
