I don't take too many vitamins. *But* I haven't taken any of my vitamins/supplements today since I forgot to refill my weekly box and have just been too lazy to do so. I won't take any tomorrow neither to see if I notice a difference. I already drink loads of water. :]

Right now my liver is in pain.
