Has anyone gone through tuberculosis treatment with a bad liver? My doctors feel the tuberculosis is indirectly causing the fatty liver, but the INH might cause my liver enzymes to go up and more damage. My sister is suffering from intestinal tuberculosis. The diagnosis was not being confirmed so ther doctor did not start treatment. This was in August 2006. HI: where r u from. My sis who lives in India has exactly the same problem. She`is on TB meds, becoz of some swollen lymph node in the side of the neck. She if scared to flush. She is also on strong antibiotics.... I would suggest a bowel cleanse, ( couple of weeks) and then LF. But then again I am not sure, if thats` gonna effect the effectiveness of the ABX u are taking.
