colloidal silver and nigella sativa to cure HIV and TB?

Hi, please can anyone tell me if they've had good results with either Colloidal Silver or nigella sativa. There was a recent study that said a man had been cured of HIV with nigella but the only other details I can find out are that it may have been nigella oil mixed with honey.
There have also been claims that CS cures HIV.
I'm desperate to get off all my medication but it's a huge risk as I was so ill before I was treated in hospital. I tried all sorts of treatments before I went into hospital but nothing seemed to make any difference and my CD4 went down to <1 so I am wary of stopping although I'm worried about what the ART and Antibiotics are doing to me.
