pixie this sounds a lot like my case.

mine become worst after a undiscovered viral infection which put my adrenals down to the bottom.
the difference made by the "diagnostic" of AF was huge for me as before that i had to face a lot of fake diagnostics which did not bring any light or relief. neither infections where diagnosed until i change docs, labs, even country for that.
