can i do a flush while on tuberculosis treatment

I was diagnosed with scropula, which is tuberculosis of the lymp node august
I had an operation last month to remove a lump on my neck and I am currently on TB treatment.

I was wondering if anybody knows whether it is ok to do flushing while I am on TB treatment.
I heard the Anti- TB pills are very strong on my liver.
