Treatment of tuberculosis along with NAFLD

My sister is suffering from intestinal tuberculosis. The diagnosis was not being confirmed so ther doctor did not start treatment. This was in August 2006. Now her healthy has deteriorated and she is diagnosed as having Non alcoholic fatty liver disease. The doctors are neither treating her for tuberculosis nor NAFLD and her condition is worsening. What is the best course of treatment for her. Can some body advise so we can guide the doctors in Pune India.She has been losing weight every week and is very weak. She is having nausea and vomiting and does not feel like eating food. In December her leg was swollen for a few days. Could it be because of NAFLD. The liver has 20% fat deposit. She is not able to stand and is falling back when she stands.She is also very confused and is not able to think for herself. Please help. Tweet
