This is a very tasty way to eat soy beans, I've eaten soy beans this way many times. I buy organic, non Genetically-Modified-Organisms soy beans to make this dish.

This dish is not an every day food in Asia, but a seasonal dish, and the serving sizes are not huge, (as in most western diets).

If you can grow a small crop of soy beans yourself, this is a real treat.
