okay fine so then let's all eat organically grown soybeans... problem solved!
I realize that there are differences between fermentation and cooking. However in the context of this discussion there are specific elements in soy products that have been identified as toxic. My point is that those elements are detoxified by BOTH processes - fermentation AND/OR cooking! And since 99% of all soy products are eaten after having been either fermented and or cooked, I just think sounding the alarm about soy is a waste of time
if you're saying that pesticides and/or genetically modified soy products are a problem, then just buy organically grown , non-genetically modified soy products
