no actually it doesn't say it only applies to non-GMO soy products. It specifically says it only applies to NON-FERMENTED soy products.

and, H is correct when he states that cooking pretty much detoxifies any soy product in the same manner that fermenting does. so again, I'm just not buying into this hype. Mercola is way out on a limb here, and I agree with most of the things he says, just not this time
