Hey tony, sounds promising so far. Because you've suffered the cuts only for a short while, you probably have a good chance of healing faster than most. Your skin's natural moisture from your lip corner should return eventually. Meanwhile continue to cover the corner (and the rest of your lips) with Neosporin and Vaseline until it does.
