I used dish soap the first 2 days, but had extreme redness all around my mouth, so per someone's (maybe your) suggestion on this site, I switched to a liquid hand soap, and it was must less irritating. It wasn't an overnight success, but in a few days, I was MUCH improved. Not sure if the residual pinkness at mouth corners will be helped by this OTC oil I'm using, but wanted to try it. May be something like scarring after battling this for so long. We'll see, and I go to dermatologist in a couple of weeks, so will see what she has to say about it all.
