Your question on whether or not anyone has experienced permanent results of the AC treatment, I can say personally it was a "yes" for me. However, for many who've experienced AC for longer than two months, I suspect they may have to work harder during recovery. That means keeping the mouth corners moist, avoiding acidic foods such as tomatoes and oranges (to avoid burning into the former cuts), and gently cleaning the area after meals. The worse thing someone could do is to decide he doesn't want to think about this anymore and not take precautionary measures -- then one day the cuts rip open again.
One thing to watch for is not to assume the cuts are fully healed even though it looks like it has when looking in the mirror. Although the cuts may have closed on the surface in the skin, deep below (the dermis) it may still be healing. Long time sufferers should use extra care for at least 6 to 8 weeks.
Glad you received good results from the ACF ebook. Thanks for sharing your experience and providing your nutritional recomenations. Good post.
