Thanks for the quick reply.
The sores are very wet looking-skin is red but the cuts have a whitish look. In the past we have tried antibiotic, antifungal (both Rx and OTC), hydrocortisone creams, tea tree oil and zinc oxide. He wears chapstick or vasaline all the time.
He would be happy to wear bandaids if it might help but do they keep it moist or dry?
