You can't know if your circ is comparable to RIC.

Infant penises are not the size they will be when they are adult. The docs are really only guessing at future size in how much skin is removed. Until very recently, they tended to overshoot and as a result cut men of my age group are very tight. I know several with painful erections, premature ejactulation, and almost no feeling. The worst is that they had no idea that it was abnormal and an effect of circ. They simply felt very ashamed.

When you were cut, I imagine there was little guesswork, as you were at least close to your adult size. Please don't make generalizations about the effects of RIC based on your experience which was NOT RIC.
