Indeed the Vulva isn't the easiest of parts to keep clean during the reproductive years. After that it tends to atrophy a bit so there's not nearly so many folds and it's drier. But most American women wouldn't want it excised just to keep it clean. And in any case, that would expose the urethra and the vagina proper to potential sources of infection.

Of course. And remember that a clitoris has a foreskin or prepuce. Maybe it's just those of us with somewhat larger ones who have taken notice of it, but every woman should be able to pull it back and expose the glans of the clitoris.

I think most of us would be very keen to keep our breasts intact!
