Re: Getting better...8 year battle

You are very misinformed , that picture is not a yeast overgrowth it some type of parasite

If you have a yeast or fungal problem in your body than your immune system is shot . The main cause is heavy metal toxicity , secondary issues would be parasitic problems (Lyme and coinfections being the most common)

You can take all the antifungals in the world and you won't get better until you chelate the metals out . You have to do both at the same time .

The first step is building your immune system with eating a well balanced low fat diet (sugar or carb free is dumb and dangerous), exercise , having a positive mindset and avoiding stress. Stress or fear will impede recovery more than anything else . Than comes adding in sulphur foods to help your body clear the metals (whey protein is great ) most of you will have to work out to balance your hormones and once your hormones balance your immune system will start to detox naturally. This isn't a race, it's a slow process.

If you were to kill every pathogen in your body at once you would go crippled (ALS) or have a heart attack or stroke or get cancer from the high amount of heavy metals released . You can't kill off more bad guys than your body can clear . And if your lifestyle and mindset is good your body will kill infections on its own .

It's scary how ignorant people are on this forum.
