A quick warning about the monolaurin. I started taking it and immediately felt BETTER (no die off). I was enchanted and upped the dosage to 4 scoops a day. A week later I was staggering around the house clutching my head and groaning (a die off migraine so bad I couldn't see straight...literally! I could not look at anything and had to turn off all the lights and close the curtains). Apparently this stuff accumulates and then does its best work...so your initial reaction is not necessarily the whole story.
Anyway...on a personal level: I'm a man, getting on but as yet unmarried (and I take my hat off to those of you who are battling this ghastly condition and dealing with the responsibilities of child care at the same time). I am British but am presently living in South East Asia for work. Hot here too! Tweet
