I have read conflicting reports on the ingredient magnesium stearate on immune suppression. I then looked at my supplements and found virtually all of mine listed this. It's used as a binder and also to keep the indredients from sticking to the machines. SO...I'm going to set aside all the supplements with this and not take anything with it for a few weeks. I'll let you know if I see any results.
