WOW!!! Amazing. I think it might be the monolaurin as I have never experienced anything quite as strong or sustained. I have been on it for over a month and the die off continues. I think maybe you are just closer to the end than me. I have some HICA on the way, so maybe that will move things along. Have also just re-started taking NAC.
Again, well done...it looks like you're doing brilliantly!
