I completely ignored all the advice about starting slow and went straight in with 3 scoops a day which I soon adjusted to 4 (that's the way I have dealt with this condition for years...no caution...just use everything at my disposal--which is not always good). Anyway, after a week I had perhaps the worst headache I had ever had in my life. Now, even if I space out 1 scoop in four quarters throughout the day, I still sometimes get a really debilitating headache. I hover between half and one and a half scoops now (2 if I'm feeling really brave), depending on how I feel on any given day.
