Talking about feeling bad again: I have had a rough two weeks but thinking about it, and closely observing my condition (which is highly changeable throughout the day), I am beginning to think this is not so much a slide as a new level of die off.
I DO NOT feel like I do when I experience a candida resurgence. I feel horrible but in a way that I associate with die off. The feeling becomes more intense after I take monolaurin, so I think it's still working. The "better but not-quite-there" feeling collapsed a day after I did a coconut Oil Enema , and I have felt quite ill since. Coconut oil has never been particularly useful or strong for me, but I believe that in combination with the monolaurin it is having a dramatic effect. I hope this is the case. I will keep you posted.
