Clarkia Tincture 2 oz, 4 oz, 8 oz, and 16 oz

When I did them in a Fleet, I used a heaping 1/4 tsp......sometimes 2 of those. I go through a bottle of the Fludan Nystatin pretty quick. Which is why I added coffee enemas. It seems like (for me) enemas are the only way Candida comes out. Otherwise it just stays in the colon.
