I do start my day with organic oat bran, and I add organic pumpkin, with a dash of almond or coconut milk. I don't react to it and it's my only big carb of the day.

You may not have an infestation (funny word) as bad as me. Maybe that's why you don't see much.

Yes it might be the Monolaurin pellets. I was taking the pill form before but these are stronger. I'm trying to build an inhospitable place for their fancy little lives in my gut! :)
