Just checking in. I've had a rough week. It looks like the month of good health slowly decreased until the candida bloomed again (?) and now I feel pretty bad and am getting more out again, like starting all over.

There is something missing from my protocol...but I don't know what.

It seems to rebound quickly. My body doesn't expel or fight it without antifungals/enemas.

I'm going to try Diamond G turpentine...it was my last resort.

Questions: have you tried that, and what probiotics are you taking?

Got a new box of stuff coming to try, so I'll let you know. That one month of amazing health was heaven. It's attainable, but I want it to be sustainable too.
