Hi! I had an amazing week last week, then over the weekend I strayed and my ears flared up. My digestion is so, so much better. My brain fog is better and also my eyesight. I still cannot eat dairy/sugar/flour.

The quassia tincture I bought was by Hawaii Pharm on Amazon. (No alcohol)
