I’ve got RSI in my wrist, thumb and forearm from overuse through writing too much, made worse by bad posture. I’ve had it for about 2.5 years. The reason I’ve been writing enough to get RSI is because I’m in high school, doing my A levels so there’s lots of notes, essays, exams, homework that has to be done by hand. Obviously, I try to type homework as much as possible, but because I do 3 science subjects and have to do lots of diagrams, it’s normally not possible.
