Hot hands

Hi my rsi gets worse when I am hot and when my hands are hot.

I try to keep cool, but its not easy when folks stick the heating on in the office.

I have a fan on the desk, but it doesn't have much effect when the heating is on.

Anyone know whats wrong with me and how I can deal with this problem?

Ive also noticed my symptoms vanish when I go on a juice fast.

Is there a connection do you think?

Any suggestions to keep my hands cool would also be appreciated (other than ice :) )
