Lightest touch keyboard for RSI?

I'm interested in hearing from people who found a super light touch keyboard. I'm on a Mac laptop and the new flat key keyboards, destroy my hands. My older Mac PowerBook had springs under the keys and was the only keyboard I could use without injury.

I have a separate detachable keyboard from Mac, and it sucks. I believe standard keyboards have an impact of 50 grams. I'd like to find something 30 grams or less.

For emailing, I use voice dictation, but because it is an imperfect fix, I still have to touch the keyboard to correct, and even one keystroke can set up symptoms in me.
