I've now been doing cleansing for 7 months, until I got healthy enough to start working out about 5-6 times per week. I haven't felt this great in ages...
So, I took up tennis on Sunday. My all time favorite sport that I love dearly (I was actually ranked at one point). And after one game my elbow started to hurt. I remembered that when I stopped all those years ago, I was dealing with this pain in my elbow.
Anyone know what I can do? I don't want to stop now that I've started again, it makes me so happy. I'm afraid of causing some damage though. I don't think you can get tennis elbow quickly....it's supposed to be a slow degenerative process. So I don't know what I'm dealing with.
Do you all think an elbow brace might work? I've never used one before though. I was thinking of using pepper cream on it....? Heck, I'll soak the damn thing in my own urine if you think that might help.....
