RSI trouble in school

I've got RSI in my wrist, thumb and forearm from overuse through writing too much, made worse by bad posture. I've had it for about 2.5 years. The reason I've been writing enough to get RSI is because I'm in high school, doing my A levels so there's lots of notes, essays, exams, homework that has to be done by hand. Obviously, I try to type homework as much as possible, but because I do 3 Science subjects and have to do lots of diagrams, it's normally not possible.

What I was wondering is whether there's anything that can help with my problems in school? I get pain, muscle weakness, hand tremors and sometimes stiffness in my arm. I tried using a laptop in school for a week but obviously that's not practical because I have to do lots of diagrams for science. I did try drawing diagrams in Paint but having to move the mouse like that hurt more than drawing by hand. I considered an Alpha Smart, but there's the same problem as with the laptop. What would be ideal would be something like a Boogie board rip but if you could scroll up and down so I could write and draw loads on the screen without running out of room. I just need to be able to take notes without straining my arm. It's a big concern because my physio said that if i don't stop writing now then I'll have this problem for the rest of my life. Thank you for your help.
