Hi, i was wondering if there were any, (if at all) exercises that one can do for strength, endurance, and mobility for an arm affected with carpal tunnel that doesn't make symptoms worse or otherwise irritate the nerve further.
I haven't used my dominant arm for anything except maybe eating for almost a year now and as I still haven't found the cause for my carpal tunnel my arm has gotten significantly weak and useless.
any help would be great, thanks : )
