Re: Acute numbness and weakness in legs and feet

A year and à half ago, I woke up, and my whole world began to change. In the blink of an eye my existance was gone only to be replaced with who iam today. A parapaligic. And I didn't do this to myself. I new my legs had been bothering me, and I went to the hospital twise but they sent me away both times. Next thing I remember is waking up one morning and I wanted to take a shower so I began to run the water. I noticed at that moment my legs were to weak. So I ran me a bath instead. Once I got in and soaked for a good while. My head started to spin. So I tryed to lift myself out of the tub and could not.I had to pull myself over and crawl to my couch. I called my dad and then 911, and waited. The next thing I no is that I'm waking up in a hospital. But not really. It was an old folks home. I had been in a coma for nearly 5 months. Now I am unable to walk ever again. I still have no diaqnosis.
