Re: Maybe the cause isn't what you think...

You know, I have a similar problem. For the past three years, I have been experiencing a gradual weakness in my legs. First, it began with my lower front part of the legs, and it has expanded to the back upper left one, making it difficult to walk up steps with the left leg. Testing after testing has shown up normal, but it is so frustrating. The only two abnormal things are that my CPK level is a little high (CPK is an enzyme the muscles make, and if the muscles are bruised, it leaks into the blood), and some other hormone was a little high--I am drawing a blank on the name, but this hormone is high when you are sick or have allergies.

Anywone have any similar cases to this one? I am getting worried that no one knows what this is. I feel like a puzzle.

Thanks,
AGP
