I think your constipation might have resulted from the fact that when you switched to eating only coconut oil, your body switched from glucose metabolism to fat metabolism to produce energy. I don’t know loads about this but it’s possible that ozonated water is a better and healthier oxidizer than hydrogen peroxide. Apparently it’s not good to take an oxidizer at the same time as silver as otherwise it will oxidize the silver! Also I think most things like CS and ozone are best taken as a treatment rather than simply on a daily basis, IMO. One thing you might consider is just doing MOSTLY raw diet. 80% or so. The other 20% is cooked, like good quality free range organic meats, and some rice. No need to go all extreme. I agree 100%. 80% 20% is best. First, you liver NEEDS fat otherwise your bile pool will never empty and that’s terrible. It’s bad enough that were cutting out carbs but to cut out protein/fat too, that disastrous. Not to say a 4-5 juice fast is gonna hurt anything.   [End]

my thought too, phillip just doesn’t look good! I think you are correct on the high raw vs 100% thing. I’ve considered building a pond out back just have fresh fish. Small ones that don’t eat other fish / haven’t been around long enough to accumulate a great deal of mercury. ild have to hesitate a little on the raw meat deal, real fresh and parsite free should be fine and probably wonderful food source. Wow 10 acres of land, I am extremely jealous! I wish I could live on a biodynamic farm and just work in the fields while being raw for a good two months. I feel like that would fully heal everything. I will offer a little bit of my raw experience. First, don’t take this the wrong way, but only being raw for a couple months is not THAT long. I would caution the long term use of fruit because I believe it’s feeds both cancer and candida, as I have read in books. I just got done trying this diet for 2 months. I had struggled with high fat raw for 4 months and had no luck agains candida. Low/no fat raw vegan got rid of candida symptoms in 2 weeks.
